1. Booking & Reservations

All booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via phone or email from DZM Skydive MoldAVIA.

No payment or deposit is required at the time of online booking. Payment arrangements will be communicated upon confirmation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with written parental consent).
• Maximum weight: 100 kg for tandem jumps (equipment limitations).
• Participants must be in good general health. Certain medical conditions may disqualify participation — please consult your physician if in doubt.
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs on jump day.

3. Weather & Cancellation Policy

Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity. DZM Skydive MoldAVIA reserves the right to postpone or cancel jumps due to unsafe weather conditions, technical issues with aircraft, or any other safety-related reason.

• Weather cancellation by us: We will contact you to reschedule. No penalty applies.
• Cancellation by client (48+ hours notice): Full rescheduling allowed. No charge.
• Cancellation by client (less than 48 hours): May be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us to discuss.
• No-show: Treated as a late cancellation.

4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Skydiving involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver on the day of the jump before any activity begins.

DZM Skydive MoldAVIA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in skydiving activities, except where caused by our gross negligence.

5. Media & Photography

Photo and video packages are available as add-ons. Media captured during your jump may be used by DZM Skydive MoldAVIA for promotional purposes on social media and our website, unless you explicitly object in writing before your jump.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

6.1 What Data We Collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect:

• Full name (first & last)
• Phone number
• Email address
• Preferred jump date and number of participants
• Selected service, jump height, and any add-ons
• Optional: booking type (personal, gift, group) and notes

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics platforms beyond standard server logs.

6.2 How We Use Your Data

• To process and confirm your booking request
• To contact you via phone or email to finalise your jump date
• To send you relevant pre-jump information and reminders
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. participant liability records)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.3 Third-Party Services

Your booking data is transmitted internally to our team via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) for operational notification purposes. Telegram's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform. See telegram.org/privacy.

Our website is hosted on iphost.md. Standard server access logs may be maintained by the hosting provider.

6.4 Data Retention

Booking data is retained for a minimum of 2 years for safety and liability record-keeping purposes, in accordance with Moldovan law. After this period, personal data is securely deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.

6.5 Your Rights (GDPR & Moldovan Law)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format.

6.6 Data Security

Booking requests are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). We do not store payment information. Access to operational booking data is restricted to authorised DZM team members only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moldovan courts.
